After much thought, and some discussion with a few e2primary teachers, I've decided it is not essential that each school within a POD selects the same novel to focus on over the course of the term. The work we will be doing using the connected classrooms technology and the SciFi unit which is in development will not require classes to have read the same novel. All that really matters is that classes are studying the SciFi genre and a novel of their own choosing.
The draft unit will be uploaded onto this wiki by the end of the week (Friday, 11th December) so please feel free to have a look over it, comment as appropriate and make suggestions for changes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
